Prepare the Package
Place your items in the original packaging or a secure mailer, ensuring all original hangtags remain attached to the garments.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
